Are you looking for student accommodation this September and would like to explore your new surroundings before you start your lessons? Or are you simply stuck in a rut and looking to move out of your existing property? Well, now you can – at a range of Collegiate student accommodations!

Not only can you move in early this year, but you also have the opportunity to extend your stay, too! Whether you have finished your studies already, want to get to know your city sooner, have work experience lined up, or just have an irregular start date – you’ll have a bit of extra time to explore the city, spend more time with your friends or kick back and unwind before you have to do it all over again.

To find out more on what this means fully – read on.

What does ‘early move in’ mean?

You now have the opportunity to move in early to one of our beautiful student accommodations for 2021/22. It may be that you have an early flight to the UK, an English language course over the summer or you just want to explore your new home city and gather your bearings before you move in.

We are giving you the option to do just that – you can move in early a few weeks ahead of your standard tenancy’s contract start date. This will allow you to meet others who have moved in early too and also find your way to the local attractions and parks as well as your university.

What does ‘extend your stay’ mean?

In some cases, your course may be extended due to COVID-19 or you might have an internship lined up over the summer. Or, you may also find yourself not quite ready to go home yet if you have fallen in love with your new student city and the new friends you’ve made. Whatever your reason may be, we’re offering you the chance to extend your stay!

This means that you can stay past your move out date by a week or more. This gives you the perfect chance to enjoy everything your city has to offer without worrying about being late to your lectures!

How do I apply and what cities are eligible?

It’s super easy to apply for your early move in or to extend your stay. All you need to do is contact our friendly site teams and they will be able to arrange this all for you.
