Collegiate AC completes conversion of key worker scheme to student accommodation in London

Collegiate AC bid and won a tender in March 2012 to refurbish a 270 bedroom building on the Guy's Campus in London, in two phases, and after a full strip-out and complete refurbishment has delivered PC on the completed first phase of the scheme this September, on time and under budget. The refurbished element of the scheme is also now fully occupied with postgraduate students from King's College London.

Collegiate AC were selected as the winning bidder with their partner team of architects and contractors because of the vision they created to deliver a refurbished scheme that would provide contemporary and high quality student accommodation within a practical timeframe, at a viable cost, with the risks well identified and tightly managed.  We provided the client with the confidence in our proposals and have now delibvered on the vision and plans in time and under budget.

Collegiate leveraged its leading experience at working across a large range of some of the latest and most innovative student accommodation schemes in the UK, through from their design, specification and management on this project.

Lastly, as expert operators and managers, Collegiate were able to get the scheme fully occupied and operational too in a seamless way - providing reassurance to the client that all aspects of their investment have been fully and intelligently considered.
