See the best that the UK’s higher education sector has to offer, one city at a time!

14th June 2016

It’s important to check out the cities you are considering studying in before you commit to a university course there. You’re going to spend three or four years with your chosen university city as your home so taking the time to explore your potential locations is an essential part of your prep for university.

It’s not just the city itself that you can explore either. The UCAS website details higher education exhibitions that are taking place up and down the UK over the summer months, so that you can find out everything you need to know about studying in the UK’s key university cities.

And as many of our Collegiate student properties have show rooms that you can look round, then why not make the most of your visit and check out your potential student accommodation as well?

Dates to note for this summer’s higher education exhibitions include:

South London, 22 June
East London, 23 June
Birmingham, 27 June
Edinburgh, 6 September
Glasgow, 13 September

We have beautifully designed, spacious student accommodation available in each of these cities. At Charles Morton Court in London, for example, students can enjoy their own en-suite bathroom, secure bicycle storage and free high speed broadband and Wi-Fi, all well situated for several of the capital’s universities, including London Metropolitan University, City University London and Central Saint Martins. Meanwhile our Birmingham student accommodation now includes three sites, with facilities ranging from on-site gyms to cinema rooms to private dining rooms.

There’s so much to think about when choosing your university and course. We want to ensure that finding the perfect accommodation isn’t something you have to stress about as part of that process. The university lifestyle is an important consideration when looking at your future options, so have a browse of our website to see what you could be looking forward to in your chosen university city!
