As Chief Financial Officer for the Arlington Group of Companies and Collegiate UK, Andy Tolson is responsible for Finance, IT and Business Intelligence across the entire portfolio. His property career started at Ballymore UK, financing and developing large-scale residential schemes. Recent experience includes 8 years as Finance Director and Investment Lead for a London-based HNW family office.

Director of Sales, Marketing & Resident Experience, Collegiate UK

With 15 years of experience in marketing, sales, and digital transformation, including seven years in residential marketing, Shaan leads international, national, and regional campaigns. Driving resident experience initiatives and strategic programmes to maximise engagement, occupancy, and revenue.

Commercial Director, Collegiate UK

Peter oversees Operations, Commercial, Business Intelligence, and IT at Collegiate UK, leads its ESG strategy, and supports new business growth. Since 2022, he has prepared the company for expansion. With eight years in real estate, he was Director of Regional Operations at Greystar’s Chapter brand and COO at Scale Space, managing their UK portfolio and launching a 350,000sq. ft. flagship development.
