Roman House introduces superior student living in Derby

14th January 2016

If you’re currently studying in Derby, or thinking about taking an undergraduate course there, you’ll be delighted to hear about the latest addition to the city’s student accommodation offering: Roman House.

We’re particularly excited about revealing details of Roman House, as it’s Collegiate’s first student accommodation in Derby, which is great news in terms of enabling even more of the UK’s students to live in our luxurious apartments.

We’ve included a mix of apartments in Roman House. There are 72 studios and 54 twodios, providing something to suit each resident’s personal preference so far as style of accommodation is concerned.

We’ve also packed in loads of exciting features. You can work your muscles and enjoy keeping in shape in the private gym, or settle down with friends to catch the latest releases in the on-site cinema room. There’s also a flexible social space that’s perfect for everything from gossiping over a cup of coffee to chilling in front of the TV.

But that’s far from all. As well as its superior shared spaces, Roman House also offers an exceptional standard of living in the individual studios and twodios. We wanted to make sure that each resident could enjoy a superior standard of living and that’s just what we’ve done. As well as a private, en-suite bathroom, you can also enjoy having a fully equipped kitchen. We’ve also included comfy double beds, generous storage space and dedicated desk areas for peaceful study – everything you could wish for from a student pad.

Oh, and did we mention that Roman House also enjoys a fantastic city centre location, with the shops, restaurants and other amenities of Derby practically on the doorstep?

Derby is one of the UK’s most charming cities and perfect for student life. Now, with Roman House available to the city’s students, Derby really does have everything that students could wish for.
