Cities can be busy places. There’s always something going on: a gig to attend, a new comedy night launching or a sporting fixture coming up. Add in to that the pressures of uni work and social engagements and it can be hard to keep track of what’s going on around you.
Thankfully, the Collegiate team have made life a little easier by setting up a Facebook page for each and every property that we manage. We want you to make the most of your uni years, so we’ve set these pages up to focus on local events both within your property and in the surrounding area.
The address of your particular property’s Facebook page can be found in the residents’ handbook that you received when you moved in. You can also ask your on-site manager what it is, in case you’re not sure where you stored your handbook. Visit your home’s Facebook page and click ‘like’ in order to receive updates.
From events like on-site Easter parties to exciting new Collegiate properties in your city, the Facebook page is your all-in-one-place resource packed full of handy information. We even include useful reminders about things like the clocks going forward to welcome the start of British Summer Time.
If you haven’t liked your property’s Facebook page then you’re missing out! For example, we recently included details of how you could win a free trip for two to Ibiza – so if you weren’t a member of the Facebook page then you might have missed out on the holiday of a lifetime!
If that’s not enough to tempt you, then how about regular links to helpful articles written to ensure you get the most out of your uni years? Our articles regularly address topics like studying more successfully, Student Volunteering Week, employment prospects and the latest trends in university life around the UK.
