Yes, if you are interested in one of our flats just let us know who you would like to share with at the time of your booking and, so long as we have the rooms available, that should be fine.  The other people you wish to share with also need to request to live with you.

If you would like to have a room on the same floor as friend, or friends, we can also try to accommodate that - just let us know at the time of booking.

All our student residences have a useful and detailed handbook on the facilities and guideliness of the accommodation, including useful local resources and contacts.   If there is anything else you need to know, just ask the on-site staff.

Your inventory details the condition and fixtures in your room.  You must complete and sign it, and return it to the accommodation office, within ten days of arrival.  On your inventory you also provide us with details of where to send your deposit at the end of your tenancy so it is important for you that you return it to the office.

Your rent for the year is due in advance of you moving in.  You only need to provide a UK-based guarantor for your rent if you wish to pay the rent in three instalments in September, January and April, in which case we need someone to guarantee that those payments will be made.  If, like most our tenants, you are paying your rent for the year in advance, you do not need to provide a guarantor at all.
